Case 11-22  Dominic J. Nardi, 115 Hillcrest Road, request for variances to allow the reconstruction (demolition) of an existing structure on code complying foundation with a 323 s.f. expanded footprint and a new modified roof with new front and rear dormers.

Case 11-23 – Joseph A. Sullo, 9 Sea Lane, request for variances to allow existing garage/shed to be raised to a higher elevation (to comply with FEMA) and re-structure it in the same location and size.    
                                                                                                                               
Case 11-24 – Peter R. Lasusa, Jr. and Marcia A. McLean, 2 Meetinghouse Lane, request for variances to allow renovations and modernization of existing dwelling and addition of open architectural carport.
